1. All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available for local delivery only.

2. Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

3. All products are subject to availability, I reserve the right to substitute with a flower of equivalent value and quality without notice.

4. Products are not available for same day delivery.

Order/ Payments

1.When you place an order, by e mail or by phone you will be required to provide me with the intended recipient, their full address, including postcode and a contact number for yourself so I can notify you in the unlikely event that any delivery problems are encountered.

2.You can pay for your order by PayPal or by cash.

For Workshop payments I also accept cheques, I will send my details and address in a confirmation e mail. Payment needs to be received within three working days of confirmation to secure a place, if this is not received the space will be made re-available.

3.  If you need to cancel a place on a workshop this must be made by phone or text message to 07803 728022 no later than 48 hours before the Workshop date for a full refund. Thereafter due to the necessity of  purchasing and conditioning the flowers no refunds can be made within 48 hours.

Workshops

1. Please bring your child at the allotted time, I am unable to let your child in early as I will be busy preparing for the next group.

2. Children and adults have aprons provided. Little Blooms will use children's scissors and blunt knives when cutting oasis/ floral foam, I will demonstrate how to use scissors safely and how to cut safely.

3. Children aged 5 and over are welcome to attend Little Blooms.

4. Please inform me beforehand, in writing via e mail,  if your child suffers from any allergies.

5. Leaves, stems and water can find their way onto the floor, I provide individual bins in which to place cut stems and leaves. Water spillages will be dealt with immediately as this can make the floor surface very slippery and a potential hazard.
